Terms and licence.

Who

These terms are between you and Soulrise LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we"). They cover the Atapa app and this website.

The licence

When you buy a licence key, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Atapa version 1 on all the Macs you personally own. Updates for version 1 are included. The key is yours; it is not transferable and may not be sold, shared publicly or bundled with anything.

Without a key, Atapa runs as a 14-day trial, then with a banner for 14 more days, and from day 29 with warmth limited to 2700K. It never stops working. You may use it in that limited form for as long as you like.

What you may not do

Resell or redistribute the app or a key. Forge or circumvent the licence check. Use the app in a way that breaks the law. That is the list.

Buying and refunds

Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy, the seller of record, which adds VAT or sales tax where required and issues the receipt. We refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked: refund policy.

As is

Atapa is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It changes how your display shows color and brightness; a shortcut (⌃⌥⌘⌫) and a guard process restore true color, and the support page explains both. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes and the changelog says so. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes go to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you a right to something else.
