Refunds.
We refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
How
Email hello@atapa.app with your order number (it is in the receipt from Lemon Squeezy). You get a reply within 48 hours and the refund goes through Lemon Squeezy to the payment method you used. Banks take a few days to show it.
Before you go
If something did not work, we would like to know what you saw, with your Mac model and macOS version. It helps the next person. It is not a condition of the refund.
The trial
The 14-day trial asks for no card, so the simplest way to find out whether Atapa is for you is to use it for two weeks before buying.
